Marco Price-Bey is the Founder and CEO of Barbering at Tonsorial Tech LLC and Strategic Thinking Life Skills, LLC.  He then expanded and launched a 501C3 organization; Next Best Movement, Inc. to continue making an impact in the community. Mr. Price-Bey is also the owner of Events on U, events center based in Washington DC.

 

He teaches Life Skills and the fundamental principles of Barbering. Marco Price-Bey received his apprenticeship Barbering license in 1993. In 1997 he received his Master Barber’s license.

 

Marco Price-Bey has owned and managed Barber shops and beauty salons in the metropolitan area and was a Barber Instructor for programs such as New Beginnings (a youth detention center) in Laurel, MD. He partnered with Sasha Bruce YouthWorks, Congress Heights Community Training Development Corporation, where he ran the Barber School for 2 years in Ward 8. He served Woodland Terrace Community Center in Ward 8 as well as Cutting free Haircuts with Helping Hands Inc, Homeless Shelters and Senior Homes for the disabled.

Marco Price-Bey is also an author and motivational speaker, he shares his life lessons and past experiences on how he came from disgrace to dignity, turning a negative lifestyle into a positive one. The name of the book that he is a co-author of is “From Pawns to Kings”. The book is the sequel to the movie he debuted in, “Life of a King.” Marco Price-Bey also has a self-help book titled, “7 Keys on How to Free Yourself from Mental Slavery”.
